ReHire & CW STEP
A Pathway Back to Work
ReHire and CW STEP provide supportive employment services for eligible individuals who are unemployed or underemployed. Participants work with an employment specialist to build skills, gain experience, overcome barriers, and move toward long-term employment.
Who We Serve
ReHire serves eligible Colorado residents age 18 and older who are lawfully present, able to work, and unemployed or working 20 hours or fewer per week.

Eligibility Requirements
Eligibility and available services may vary based on the funding source that best fits each participant.
Applicants must generally:

Be lawfully present and eligible to work in the United States

Be a Colorado resident
-
Be at least 18 years old
-
Not be incarcerated or otherwise incapacitated for work

Have household income below 150% of the federal poverty level
-
Be unemployed or employed no more than 20 hours per week for at least four consecutive weeks

Demonstrate an active job search through the public workforce system
