Come join Catholic Charities of Southern Colorado as we celebrate the annual fundraising event, Espiritu. This year's theme is A Season of Growth. Each year, this special event highlights one of our programs that establish a foundation for rising out of poverty. This year we celebrate HIPPY - Home Instruction for Parents of Preschool Youngsters.
Join us in honoring the growth and development of our community’s rising stars with a fundraising breakfast and graduation ceremony for 40 children from our HIPPY Program.

Our Home Instruction for Parents of Preschool Youngsters (HIPPY) program prepares children ages 3-5 for success in school using a home visitation model that strengthens the relationship between the caregiver and the child and reinforces the connection between home and school. The evidence-based program provides books, curriculum, and educational materials to strengthen children's cognitive, literacy, social/emotional, and physical development.
