Kinship Navigation supports grandparents, relatives, and other kinship caregivers who are raising children when parents are unable to do so. Through personalized guidance, practical resources, and family-centered support, caregivers can build stability and create a safe, nurturing home for the children in their care.
Who We Serve
Kinship Navigation serves grandparents, relatives, and other non-parent caregivers who are caring for and raising children. Services are designed to support the entire family and respond to each household’s unique needs, strengths, and goals.

Individualized Needs Assessments
Help identifying immediate concerns, available resources, and long-term family goals.
Resource Navigation
Connections to housing, food security, financial assistance, and other community resources.
Family-Driven Goal Planning
Support creating realistic goals and action plans based on what matters most to the caregiver and family.
Advocacy and Guidance
Assistance communicating with agencies, understanding available services, and navigating complicated systems.
Education and Skill Building
Educational opportunities, caregiver trainings, special events, and practical problem-solving support.
