Fatherhood comes with responsibilities, challenges, and opportunities to grow. Our Fatherhood Program supports fathers and father figures as they strengthen relationships with their children, build healthy communication and co-parenting skills, and gain practical tools for navigating challenges that affect their families.

12-Session Interactive Class
Participate in guided sessions focused on practical parenting skills, personal growth, communication, and strengthening family relationships.
Healthy Communication
Learn strategies for communicating clearly, resolving conflict, and building healthier relationships with children, co-parents, and family members.
Co-Parenting Support
Develop tools for working with a co-parent, managing disagreements, and keeping your child’s well-being at the center of parenting decisions.
Positive Discipline Strategies
Explore nurturing, age-appropriate approaches to discipline that encourage healthy behavior while strengthening the parent-child relationship.
Father-Child Relationships
Build greater confidence as a father and learn meaningful ways to connect, engage, and maintain a strong relationship with your child.

Fatherhood classes are held twice a week for six weeks, for a total of 12 interactive sessions. Contact our team for upcoming class dates, times, and enrollment availability.
